Archery Tag is a fast-paced game where players, aged 16 and up, use foam-tipped arrows and bows to tag opponents, similar to dodgeball.

We are a family owned and operated small business!
AlphaXe Archery Started from Scratch here in Napier Hawkes Bay By the Owners who come from Nga Ariki Kaiputahi Te Iwi, in the Highlands of Tairawhiti, and up North of the Hibiscus Coast Line in Whangaparāoa.
We Started AlphaXe Archery with the Vision to Grow into a Place where People can Learn or Practice a Practical Skill, Blow Off Steam, Unwind, Clear Your Mind and let the Days Troubles go.
This Is just the Start with much more Developments to come in the near Future.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHY DOES MY ONLINE BOOKING NEED TO WAIT FOR APPROVAL?
The online booking system is used to give us the information of the booking you wish to make. We will then be in touch to either confirm this with you or reschedule if the requested time slot is not available.
This is because we also take phone, email and walk in bookings which we can not have over lap with our online bookings.
What is the indoor range for archery?
We have a beginner 6m line that everyone shoots at, once we are confident in your shooting ability you can progress all the way up to 16m.
Max range of 20m for skilled and confident archers.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ARCHERY EQUIPTMENT?
Yes we allow BYO archery gear, no broad heads field tips only.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THE ARCHERY AND AXE THROWING?
There is no age limit we work off ability to pull the bow and hold our axes and we also have a variety of other games for children if they can not participate in the main acitivities. Persons aged under 15 Years old can participate but require a parent or guardian with them. (Parents/Guardians not participating can supervise free of charge)
